There are a variety of reasons why you may need to update an Employment Contract. For example, you may want to raise an employee’s wage and revise their contract to reflect this change. To record a change in wage, you can use a Compensation Agreement.
No employer likes to be taken advantage of, let alone, have a previous colleague enter into their niche with all the knowledge they attained from the employer. A Contract Addendum allows you to make one or more changes to an existing contract without invalidating it. Suppose you need to make a significant change to an employee’s current job description and duties. In that case, using a Contract Addendum will prevent you from having to create an entirely new Employment Contract. A Contract Addendum must be attached to the Employment Contract and signed by both parties. An at-will Employment Contract allows an employer to terminate an employee at any time, without notice or cause, as long as the reason for the termination is not illegal.

Independent Contractor Agreements – Contract for services between a client and an independent contractor. All individuals that work on the job will be under the employment of the independent contractor. Any duties, obligations, and liabilities still in effect from any pre-existing employment agreement are void and no longer enforceable after execution of this Agreement.
